Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Deliveries are not guaranteed on Holidays

Deliveries may occur on weekends depending on Shipment Method chosen at checkout.

During high volume periods the aforementioned processing time can increase to 5 days.

Clients will be notified of High Volume delays b Via an Email and A notification across checkout if predicted.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

USPS is the only valid shipment Method for PO boxes or APO/FPO

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO: If any order comes through with the Target Address being a PO Box or APO/FPO the customer will be contacted and if a response is not received within 2 days the order will be canceled

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Via Email as soon as the Order is packed and the Shipment method has processed.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Customize the following: Geek Haven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Geek Haven is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Geek Haven does not ship internationally.

Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within nine(9) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@g33khaven.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and Return Address. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address provided to you by support@g33khaven.com:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned:

  •     Open Figurines  
  •     Funko Pops

  •        A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.     
  •        Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
  •        Product must be Returned Intact and Unopened
